Happy Thanksgiving Break, Coesse Family!
This month Mrs. Hinen has been coming into third grade to read to the kids. The students love hearing fun new books and reconnecting with Mrs. Hinen.
Thank you, Coesse students and families! We raised a grand total of $881.03 by students purchasing hands to create a turkey!
Congratulations to Miss Riecke's class for the highest donation amount. They won an ice cream party for their efforts.
On Friday, Coesse recognized our Quarter 1 fourth and fifth grade Honor Roll recipients and our Eagle P.R.I.D.E. award winners for the life skill of persistence. Keep up the good work!

Our first graders are excited about fall! In art last week, they made pipe cleaner pumpkins and wrote a sentence about why they love fall.

Preference is given to an RN with school nurse experience. This individual must be personal, flexible, dependable, organized and able to communicate well.

Parent Teacher Conferences are Wednesday, October 25.

All students and families are welcome to participate in parent teacher conferences.
Skyward will be unavailable beginning Friday, October 20, at 6:00 PM and continuing until Saturday, October 21, at 7:00 PM due to scheduled maintenance and upgrades. During this down time, please, do not make eFunds payments, either, as they may not post correctly to Skyward.

During social studies, fourth graders from Coesse have been studying Indiana state parks from all over the state. Rose Nevil from Ouabache State Park came to give a presentation to support this. She shared information on their bison, monarch butterflies, fire tower, and the adventure backpack program. Students went over their property map and they were each able to take home a map and some milkweed seeds.
