Whitley County Consolidated Schools is excited to introduce Eagleview Online School as an option for education beginning in August 2024.

Eagleview Online School is a newly structured school for students who live within the boundaries of Whitley County Consolidated Schools and is offered to students K-12.

Enrolling your child in Eagleview Online allows your child to experience the best of both worlds – online learning flexibility while staying connected to your community in Whitley County. Your child has access to exclusive WCCS programs, career and technical education (CTE) opportunities, clubs, and athletics, ensuring a well-rounded education. Plus, choosing our online school allows your tax dollars to continue supporting your local school district. Hosted by WCCS, Eagleview Online School is an Indiana-recognized public school and will require state testing and appropriate screenings at a WCCS building, dependent upon your learner’s age. Students with special education needs will need to schedule a case conference to review accommodations and options within Eagleview Online before transfer.

Eagleview Online School students are required to complete in-person testing at various times throughout the school year for local and state-mandated testing (NWEA, iLearn, PSAT, etc.) Medical screening is also required at different grade levels.

Access to virtual schooling provides several benefits and we know it is a viable option for several reasons. We do encourage families to take the virtual school readiness questionnaire built by Penn State University to help determine if virtual is a good option for your learner.
