Whitley County Consolidated Schools (WCCS) is pleased to announce we are transitioning to an updated Skyward experience. Skyward, our Student Information System, is a web-based management tool that gives users control of their data. Within Skyward, parents, students and teachers have the tools they need at their fingertips with both the web and the mobile application.
Qmlativ ® Skyward, the next evolution of Skyward, offers a better experience and leverages the latest technology. You can access up-to-date information and manage fees and payments with a greater user experience with customizable homepages and easier navigation between children than before.
WCCS will complete this transition between June 29 and July 14, 2025. Please note, during the migration to Qmlativ ® Skyward, access to your Family Access Account will be disabled. When the migration is completed, access will be restored and families will be notified. To ensure a smooth transition, we will share more information and updates via email, school newsletters and social media.
In addition, the Skyward Family Access Page on our website will be updated upon completion with the Qmlativ ® Skyward content. The Family Access page can be found by navigating to wccsonline.com and clicking the Qmlativ ® Skyward icon in the quick link bar under the images. You can also search “Skyward” in the search bar. Lastly, we have created a Qmlativ Skyward Hotline to assist with Qmlativ ® Skyward-related issues. Staff will be available to answer questions and assist users from July 21 to Aug. 15. After August 15, please contact your child’s school with all Qmlativ ® Skyward-related questions.
Parents/guardians are encouraged to register their child(ren) for the 2025-2026 school year during Spring Registration, before May 30, to experience the same process they have during prior years. During Fall Registration, beginning July 14, Qmlativ ® Skyward will be active and the user experience will be improved but will look different. Registration information and step-by-step instructions can be found on wccsonline.com by clicking “Enrollment and Online Registration” in the top right corner of the webpage.
