Internet Explorer:
- In Internet Explorer (IE), click the "gear" in the upper-right of the screen
- Select About Internet Explorer from the drop-down menu
- The window that pops up will tell you the version of Internet Explorer

- Scroll down to the About this app section of the Settings window
- I didn't get my login; what is my login?
- My Family Access account says I am "Missing Email Address".
- Where do I find my Family ID?
- How do I pay fees or fund lunch online?
- In Family Access, click on "Student Info" along the left of the page.
- Next, locate and click the link in the middle of the page that says, "View Student's Family"
- The Family ID will be located on the right of the page.
- In Skyward, click on the "Fee Management" or "Food Service" tab.
- Locate and click the "Make a Payment" link; this will take you to eFundsForSchools
- Click on "Create an Account"
(Simply click "Login" if you have already created an eFunds account.) - Enter a username of your choice
- Enter a password of your choice
- Re-enter the password
- Enter your Family ID in the Family Number field
- Enter your First Name
- Enter your Last Name
- Enter your email address
- Optionally, enter your phone number
- Optionally, enter your billing address
- Press the Create Account button
- Can I fund lunch or pay fees with the Mobile App?
- I forgot my Family Access password; what do I do?

- Browse to Skyward Family Access
- Login using your Skyward credentials. (If you have forgotten your username/password, click the Forgot your Login/Password link.)
- In Skyward Family Access, locate and click the tab called, "Portfolio / Report Cards".
- Why won't the mobile app connect when I know the username and password are correct?
On the district, and each school's, home page, there is a Skyward quick link icon. Or, from this area, you can click on the Family Access page and click the Skyward Family Access link.
You will need to add an "always allow pop-ups from https://skyward.iscorp.com:443" exception to your browser's pop-up blocker.
No. Online Registration must be performed using a web browser. Your mobile phone's web browser may suffice, though, but you cannot register via the Mobile App.
In the upper-right of the Family Access screen, click on My Account and update your contact information.
In Family Access, click on Skylert and update the contact information for our automated dialer system, as well.

If you have simply forgotten your username or password, browse to the Skyward Family Access Login page and click the Forgot your login/password link. Enter the requested information and click the submit button.


In Family Access, click on the "My Account" link in the upper-right of the page. Next, fill in the missing information. Remember, this is the information used by Skylert to keep you informed.

In Family Access, click on "Student Info" along the left of the page. Next, locate the link in the middle of the page that says, "View Student's Family"; the Family ID will be located on the right of the page.
WCCS utilizes eFundsForSchools.com to process payments. To utilize eFundsForSchools, you will need your student's ID number or your Family ID number.
Pro Tip: Utilizing your family number will put all your children into your account at once, rather than entering each child's number one by one.

You should now have an eFundsForSchools account with all of your children attached!
For any problems associated with your eFunds account, contact eFunds Customer Service for assistance.
No. The Skyward mobile app does not have the ability to pay fees or add to lunch balances.
Browse to the Skyward Family Access login screen and click on the "Forgot your Login/Password" link. Then, simply enter your username or email and press the Submit button. You will receive an email with additional information.
Report cards are located in the Portfolio section of Skyward Family Access.
You will find any available report card located there.
If you have problems with the mobile app connecting or functioning properly, Skyward recommends you uninstall the mobile app from your phone and then re-install it.
