    • Permission slips will be sent home to parents (Students will NOT automatically be registered for dual credit without parent permission).
    • Students will need to set up an E-Transcript account at http://www.parchment.com/c/college/high-school-10393-Columbia-City-High-School.html&hlqp=283. (Students will need to do this from home as they need to access their email and they cannot do this from school.)
    • Students who meet criteria will be called down to the library to complete IPFW’s on-line application and electronically submit their E-Transcript.
    • A list of students completing the above will be sent to IPFW, and after IPFW verifies that the students meet all criteria, they will be registered for Dual Credit.
