Bidder Informational Meeting for New Columbia City High School

The Skillman Corporation is the construction management firm for the New Columbia City High School.

The project will bid on April 26, 2017 and commence construction on June 5, 2017. The overall construction duration runs into Spring of 2020.

The Skillman Corporation invites you to attend a voluntary Bidder Informational Meeting on Thursday, February 23, 2017 at 1 p.m. e.s.t. The meeting will be held in the Training Room at the Whitley County Consolidated Schools Administration Center located at 107 N. Walnut St., Columbia City, IN 46725.

Utilize the southern-most entrance on the buildings east elevation. Please utilize available street parking.

An overview of the project, the bidding timeline and the project schedule will be presented at the meeting. Additionally, firms will be allowed to ask questions, and gain clarity on accessing the bidding documents.

No bid documents are available at this time, however, interested parties may visit the Building CCHS website for more information.

All work for the complete construction of the Project will be under multiple Prime Contracts with the Owner on bids received and on combinations awarded. The Construction Manager will manage the construction of the Project.
