Marshall Community Center - Head Start
CANI Head Start Preschool exists to improve the lives of low-income families. Headstart provides educational experiences for thousands of low-income children ages three to five in Allen, Noble, and Whitley counties. The overall goal of the Headstart program is to bring about a greater degree of social competence in children of low-income families.
