Resourcefulness

Everyday, in many ways, you overcome obstacles in life, use a wide variety of skills and techniques to support a family, and carry a vision for the person you want your child to become.

All these tasks can be overwhelming at times; however, resourcefulness is one that supports you during these sometimes overwhelming days. In classes, your child may discuss ways historical figures and story characters use resourcefulness. You may help at home by sharing personal experiences in which you have had to be resourceful.

By learning to identify and use the techniques of a resourceful person, your child will learn to make inventive and ingenious decisions in both family and employment situations.
