I can't reply to email using web mail.
 Users with Windows Vista and Internet Explorer 7 may notice that the text area is unavailable when trying to reply to email. Security features within Vista require users to install additional security components, but it is very easy to do:
  • Locate the Options button and click it.

  • Scroll to the E-mail Security section and click the Download button.
  • When the File Download - Security Warning dialog box opens, click on Run
  • When the Internet Explorer - Security Warning dialog box opens, again, click on Run
  • Finally, you will see the Microsoft Outlook Web Access S/MIME install running.

When the install finishes, you should now be able to reply to email from within web mail!
