Calendar Sharing
How to share your Outlook calendar and assign the permissions you want users to have.
Sharing your calendar in Outlook 2007 is essentially the same as in Outlook 2003. Follow these simple steps to share your calendar with your collegues:

Sharing the calendar through invitation
- In Outlook 2007, go to your Calendar.
- Click the link, Share My Calendar...
- An invitation opens, select who you want to send to by clicking the To... button
- Click the Send button to finish your invitation.
Assigning Sharing Permissions
- Locate Calendar under My Calendars in the calendar section of Outlook 2007.
- Right-click the Calendar under My Calendars
- Choose Change Sharing Permissions... from the context menu
- Choose the person you shared the calendar to and pick the Permission Level that is desired from the drop-down.
