Exchange Email Access Help
This page provides help for using web based Exchange email.
What is Exchange web based email? Exchange is an email server by Microsoft. It uses familiar technology and interfaces that allow users to easily acquire email no matter where they are.
How do I know if I use Exchange email services? WCCS uses Windows XP and you are getting your email from the Exchange server and you should use this link: http://exchange.wccsonline.com/exchange.
NOTE: When accessing your web-based email from your home or anywhere else, you are not required to have Windows XP; Windows 98 will work just fine most of the time. (We no longer support Windows 95/98/ME)
Okay, I am using Exchange email. How do I log in? When you click the Exchange web-based email link, a login pop-up will display. Instructions are provided below for Windows 98 and Windows XP. If you use another operating system, compare your login pop-up with the appropriate one below.
I typed in the wrong information and now it won't let me type in any information; I get an HTTP 500 Error. To remedy this, simply close your browser, re-open it, and then browse to http://exchange.wccsonline.com/exchange.

We no longer support Windows 98/95. Microsoft has discontinued its support of the product. Therefore, there is no guarantee that Windows 98 will work with newer technologies like Exchange 2003 or Outlook Web Access (OWA). There is no reason to call Help Desk for this problem. If you experience problems using OWA to access web mail, we recommend that you download and install the latest version of Internet Explorer for your version of Windows.
