- Commencement Tickets. Each graduating senior may request up to 10 tickets for admittance to the ceremony. These tickets will be available beginning the week of April 28 giving you plenty of time to insert them in your announcements to those guests you are inviting to attend the ceremony. Each guest attending the ceremony must have a ticket to be seated in the gym. Children seated on a lap will not require a ticket for admittance. Seating in the auditorium is available with a live screen feed of the ceremony and NO ticket is required to be seated in the auditorium.
- Handicapped Reserved Seating is not available except to those guests in wheelchairs. Let Mrs. Leiter know the name of the guest you are asking to have in the Wheelchair seating area. Do this when you pick up your tickets the week of April 28. Again, the auditorium is available for seating with softer seats and air conditioning and does not require a ticket for seating.
- E-Transcript. ALL seniors attending a 2-year or a 4-year institution must request a "final" transcript to be sent to his/her respective school after graduation by using E-Transcript. Go online to the CCHS homepage, click on Guidance, and follow the link for instructions as to how to register for "E Transcript", the free way to have your transcripts sent to most colleges and universities.
http://wccs.k12.in.us/cchs/depts/guid/index.html
There will be NO paper transcripts sent. Please contact your counselor, if you have questions on how to use E-Transcripts.
- Scholarships. Information can be accessed through the CCHS website. Click on Guidance, and then click on Scholarships. Also, hard copies can be found in the "Scholarship" drawer in the Main Office, as they become available.

- SAT & ACT. Have you registered for or taken these tests? Most colleges/universities require the results of one of these tests on your application to their school. Information about registering, test sites, and dates can be found in the Main Office.
