What is it?
Freshmen:
- Call-out for the class of 2012.
- This is the first step in your transition to Columbia City High School.
- It is an orientation camp for all incoming 9th graders that is led by students, teachers, and staff.
Parents:
- During this time there will be a freshmen parent meeting.
- Information concerning Career Majors and Pathways and Diploma Tracks will be discussed.
- You will complete on line registration and receive Harmony information.
What will be accomplished?
- You will receive your schedule and have a chance to find your classes.
- You will receive your locker assignment and have a chance to visit and open your new locker.
- You will learn how to get around the CCHS building.
- You will be oriented about important issues by upper classmen.
- You will meet and hear from several teachers and administrators.
- You will be made aware of the many activities available at CCHS.
- You will have fun!
Where and When?
- Thursday, August 7th, 4:00pm-6:00pm
- Columbia City High School - you will be greeted at the main entrance and directed from there!

Although online registration exists, it is vitally important that freshman students and parents attend this call-out to receive information specific to incoming 9th graders, meet school staff and learn about ways to be involved at the high school.
